Kob Khun Krub. Thank you all, for your feedback.
I only had intention just to try "an African airline" when I booked ET (it was also one of the cheapest), but I am quite surprised to find that the airline is quite good indeed. The crew, all young pretty girls, were very polite and they were eager to do their job well, though (I think) BKK-HKG is a tiring turnaround flight for them. I was surprised to receive an amenity kit and headsets too, considering it was a short sector! Even big airlines like Singapore Airlines don't give out amenity kits for 2.5 hour night flights!
What I enjoy most was the meal though. There were so many stuff on my tray and they were all very tasty (except the biscuit which was too dry). The only complaint I have is I had not enough time to finish everything before the crew came to collect the meal tray!
I think for such a competitive route (BKK-HKG), with big players like EK using A380, I am really quite happy ET still offer a good solid product (though I don't know if all their B767s have PTVs) to fight with the big guys. But I think it will be better if ET can hire Mandarin-speaking crew, it sometimes was hard for the crew to communicate with the Mainlanders.
I am happy to hear you like the video format of my review. I actually do these videos for my own memory-sake but I think its nice to share with other aviation lovers too. Thanks very much for watching. : )
To Suteerat, the last song is Pretty Girl Rock by Keri Hilson.
Cheers!
