After feeling light from the toes up to the neck, I returned to pick up my carry-on bags at the Royal First lounge. The dining room can accommodate a private party upon request, but it is quite close to a well decorated working area with matching furniture.


ตัวเบาออกมาจากห้องหลังจากนวดเท้าไล่มาจนถึงไหล่เรียบร้อยผมก็มาเอาสัมภาระที่ F lounge อีกทีครับห้องทานอาหารส่วนตัวนี่จะจัดปาร์ตี้ส่วนตัวย่อมๆได้ถ้าขอพนักงานไป แต่ว่าจะอยู่ใกล้ห้องทำงานที่แต่งได้สวยลงตัวพอสมควร

Candid shots of the suites upon arrival. THAI provided extra carry-on bag (the white box under the stool) with an exceptional delivery service from check-in counter to the lounge and to the seat. Orange (juice) is not out of season on board obviously!
พอขึ้นมาถึง ก็จะเจอแบบนี้เลยครับ ไม่ได้แตะต้องหรือขยับอะไรทั้งสิ้นนี่เป็นภาพแคนดิดล้วนๆ กล่อง carry on ที่พนักานจัดการให้ผมไว้ต้อนเช็คอินถูกส่งมาวางไว้เรียบร้อยอยู่ใต้เก้าอี้ตัวเล็กนั่นละครับนำส่งโดยเจ้าหน้าที่การบินไทยโดยผมไม่ต้องไปยุ่งเลย


น้ำส้มมีบริการบนเครื่องนะครับบนนี้ยังเป็นฤดูส้มอยู่มั้ง แต่ข้างล่างคงหมดฤดูไปแล้ว สภาพอากาศมันต่างกัน…… ขำๆนะครับ




Except my 1A, row 1 seats were all empty on this flight, but the "Triple Exclusive Suite Experience" was not yet present in my mind. เก้าอี้ชั้น F แถวหน้านี่ว่างหมดครับ มีผมนั่ง 1A อยู่คนเดียวเท่านั้น แต่ที่ผมว่า “Triple Exclusive SuiteExperiece” ยังมาไม่ถึงครับเดี๋ยวดูกันต่อไป<br style="mso-special-character:line-break"><br style="mso-special-character:line-break">



One negative impression came with the hand towel, which was too old and small pieces of fluff fell off and could have been easily misconstrued as dandruff.

The stool opposite to the seat is very small and is probably designed for a petite lady or a child. An accompany adult wouldn't be able to sit comfortably for long.

A true starting delight with the top champagne from Moët & Chandon house, and went pretty well with the Thai satay.

Black Oscietra pearls of the deep, served with Vodka. The hostess was courteous and swift, but the presentation of caviar could have been more creative and deserving of its own right. I forgot to ask whether pearl tasting spoon and Beluga, another type caviar which is bigger in size and generally more expensive, was available.

Hors-d'oeuvres. Foie de canard à L'ognion Marmalade. Fine and soft on the tongue, and pieces of marmalade came at the right size; not too small. The red, both of them, however were quite aromatic and served more than just a nice complement. There could be more selections available and the crew could have offered other options possibly available on board.

Pre-ordered special meal:


Grilled Tournedos à la Sompote (named after a THAI Executive Chef). Prime beef tournedos, more widely labelled as "filet mignon" though not entirely the same, in tamarind and red wine sauce, served with baked potato and mixed vegetables.


The tournedos was juicy, with spice in the sauce making it extra exciting. One can only wish for a bigger piece.


อาหารพิเศษ สั่งล่วงหน้าครับ GrilledTournedos à la Sompote ตั้งตามชื่อของเอ็กเซคคิวทีฟเชฟการบินไทยเป็นเนื้อทอร์นาเดอร์ คล้ายๆกับส่วนที่นำมาทำ “ฟิเล มิยอง” นะครับไม่เหมือนซะทีเดียวแต่ก็คล้ายมาก พร้อมซอสมะขามและไวน์แดง เสิร์ฟกับมันฝรั่งและผัก



เสต็กชุ่มฉ่ำมากๆครับ เครื่องปรุงต่างๆในซอสจัดจ้านที่ราดมาก็ทำให้รสชาติดีไม่จำเจ ถ้าถามผมว่า อยากได้อะไร หรือมีความเห็นอะไรเพิ่มเติมสำหรับอาหารจานนี้บ้างไหม ผมคงบอกได้แค่ว่าผมอยากให้เสต็กมันชิ้นใหญ่กว่านี้หน่อยละครับ

The fromage was of little variety considering the flight to France, but at least my camembert was there, the strawberries however were not.


เนยแข็งมีช้อยส์ให้เลือกน้อยไปหน่อยโดยเฉพาะเส้นทางที่ไปประเทศแห่งเนยแข็งแบบฝรั่งเศสเยี่ยงนี้ครับ แต่เอาเถอะมีกามองแบร์ให้ผมกินก็พอแล้ว เสียดายที่ไม่มีสตรอเบอร์รี่ให้กินคู่กัน

The chocolate was really, chocolate. Full and rich, not too dark with a nice mellowing hint. Still the size could have been smaller and accompanied by softer varieties.


ช็อคโกแลตนี่ ช็อคโกแล้ตตตต ช็อคโกแลตครับ หนักและเข้มข้นมากๆโดยรวมกลมกล่อมดี แต่น่าจะชิ้นเล็กกว่านี้สักนิดครับ มันหนักมากเกินไปหรือว่าจะหาอะไรมาเสิร์ฟคู่กันให้ของหวานมันเบากว่านี้สักนิด

Having less than an hour of sleep the night before, I was not too excited by the in-flight entertainment.
