English: We were excited to fly on Bangkok Airways the first time. My girlfriend Nee had been to Chiang Rai before. My son and I were first time to visit Chiang Rai in Northern Thailand. We were arrived at airport on-time from Uber and we went to Bangkok Airways check-in counter. After the check-in, go through the security checkpoint and a long walk to the Bangkok Airways lounge. The lounge was available for economy class passengers. It had a free Wi-Fi. I glad a coffee and snack for my girlfriend and son. We made a long walk again to the gate where the flight was boarding. We went on a bus to meet the plane at the ramp. We settle all seats together and this aircraft was only one-class config. The boarding was complete and safety brief before the takeoff. The plane was on long taxiing and took off from Bangkok for one-hour route to Chiang Rai. After the takeoff, the lunch was served, and drink came later. The full meal looked delicious and far better than USA domestic flights. There was no in-flight entertainment because the aircraft was from the past airline. Upon descent into Chiang Rai, the plane was landing, touchdown on the runway, and taxiing to the gate. Arrived at the Chiang Rai airport, and we went to baggage claim. We enjoyed fly on short flight from Bangkok and the services were great. The foods were good. At the claim hall, the local kids Thai dancing and all cute. We took a taxi to ‘Chiang Rai Lake Hill Resort’ hotel. We would fly on Bangkok Airways in the future.
