แล้วอาหารก็มาครับ คราวนี้ให้สลัดมาก่อน เป็นอกไก่กับธัญพืชอะไรสักอย่างที่คล้ายๆสาคู กับขนมปัง ผมเลือก Garlic Bread กับ Farmer's Roll ที่นุ่มมาก (ขออนุญาตกินขนมปังก่อนละครับ หิว)
Lunch is served in course. Salad of chicken breast with some sort of seeds similar to Sago, and bread of my choice (Garlic bread and Farm Roll)

Main course ผมเลือกไก่ที่รสจัดจ้านดี ละม้ายข้าวหมกไก่ที่เราคุ้นเคย ต่างกันนิดเดียวที่เป็นข้าวสวย ถือว่าอร่อยครับ
เต้าหู้สองชิ้นที่เห็นนั่น ชิ้นนึงเป็นเต้าหู้ขาวทอดปกติ เนื้อแน่นๆอย่างที่เราคุ้นเคย อีกอันนึงเป็นเนื้อถั่วเลยครับ ผมก็นึกไม่ออกว่าทำออกมายังไง รสมันเป็นเต้าหู้ แต่มี texture ของถั่วอยู่
Main course of Malaysian Grilled chicken in herb, similar to one of the dish back in Thailand. So, I am not disappointed here.

หลังอาหาร ผมถามหากาแฟเย็น แอร์ถามว่า เอาหวานไหม (would you like it sweetened?) ผมก็ว่า yes, please ปรากฏว่า น้ำตาลทั้งซองอยู่ก้นแก้ว ไม่ยักเป็น Syrup แฮะ
เครื่องดื่มนี่ มีการถามว่าต้องการ refill ไหมตลอดเวลา ใครดื่มไวน์ก็เสนอไวน์ให้ ผมจิบน้ำเรื่อยๆ เค้าก็ถามว่าจะเติมน้ำเปล่าไหมอยู่ตลอดไฟลท์ ไม่มีพร่องแก้ว
Iced coffee leave a bit to be desired (how do I wish they have syrup instead of sugar in my coffee), but drinks are constantly top up for the entire flight.

พอเข้าใกล้สิงคโปร์ก็เจอเพื่อน Silk Air ตอนนี้กัปตันประกาศว่า สนามบินกำลังแน่นสุดๆ เราจะดีเลย์ประมาณ 15 นาที เพราะต้องวนรอคิว มีลุ้นอีกแล้ว เพราะเรามีเวลาต่อเครื่องแค่ชั่วโมงเดียวเท่านั้น
Upon descending at Singapore (Malaysia???) Airspace, we are informed that the airport is so heavy with traffic, we are to expect 15 minutes delay

เทียบประตูเรียบร้อยตอน 18.10 ครับ ช้าเสียยิ่งกว่าที่ประกาศไว้ เครื่องเราออก 18.35
And here we are, at the gate at 18.10, even later than our delayed expectation. Great news, our connecting flight depart at 18.35!!!!!
ก็…. วิ่งสิครับ รออะไร

มาถึงเกททันเวลาครับ ไฟลท์นี้ส่ง Business Class Boarding Pass ให้คุณแฟน ให้เค้าไปนั่งข้างหน้า ส่วนผม อยากลอง Economy Class ของ SQ330 ดูบ้างว่าเป็นยังไง

Headphone, again we can keep them, but I found it to be useless as it is two pins type, not compatible with any of equipment you can find on the ground.
