Dear Rop team,

 

Is the new redemption Mileage scheme announced on www.thaiair.com confirmed?

 

Being loyal customer to Thai AIrways and try my best effort to achieve the mileage with ROP. This new scheme seems to be very bully and disrespect to your customers who give trust and follow your program for many years. I am very disappointed.

 

If this the case the new scheme is confirmed.

I will start to credit my mileage earn from Thai Airways and any other Star Alliance partners to other alternative program where I believe they treat customer hard-earn loyalty more fair value and sound reasonable.

Stop flying Thai, let them know it is totally wrong idea and announcement on the new millage rule. Why do they treat the customers with brand loyalty like this?. Thai airway customers are not stupid. No more additional benefit on the new rule.....for redemption. Last time I flew LAX on BC with old aircraft B777-200. Most of customers on BC complained. This company will not survive in the airline business competition
